How do I care for my globe?
Regular care for our globes will help to maintain its beautiful shine and finish.  Use only a soft dry cloth to remove any smudges or dust. For more difficult fingerprints use only a damp cloth and a very gentle, non-abrasive cleanser. Never use any household cleaning products containing alcohol or any type of solvent. It will damage the surface of the globe. For the wooden stands on the earth globes you may use furniture polish that has been applied onto a cloth. Do not spray it directly onto the globe as it might coat the surface of the globe.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover? We also accept Checks and Money Orders. Mail orders can be sent to: Superior Globe, 530 W Everett Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Your order will be shipped upon clearance of check.
Is it safe to purchase on line?
Yes it is. You are protected from viruses by Invisus Software. None of your credit card information is saved. Our shopping cart provides your shopping information with 256bit high grade incription. It also has a Secure Server Certificate provided by Equifax.
Do you share my information?
You privacy is our concern. We do not nor will we ever share your personal information. Information is used for promotions and informational updates. You have the option of opting out of any emails at any time by emailing us at support@superiorglobe.com.
How long will it take to receive my product?
Your items will be shipped within 36 hours of receipt of payment. All globes are shipped UPS ground. It will arrive within 7 to 10 business days.  For shipping rates outside continental US
e mail or call 1-847-212-3013 with the product(s) you are interested in and the City, State or Country and Zip Code.
Can I return my globe?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your world sphere. Globes can be returned within 30 days of receipt of product.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your sphere you may return it in the original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. All manuals or documentation must be returned with the globe. All items must be insured at the customerÂ’s expense. We will refund your total cost, less any shipping expense. On some larger globes there is a 15% restocking fee. Call 847-212-3013 for return authorization and return shipping address.
What if my globe arrives damaged?
Any damaged globe should be brought to the attention of the carrier immediately and acknowledged by the carrier on the shipping documents. Such damage should be reported to SuperiorGlobe by phone 847-212-3013 immediately. Superior Globe will replace any damaged goods and assist in any claims with the carrier.  
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind all of our products. We offer a lifetime warranty against any manufacturerÂ’s defects.  We will replace any product with the same or comparable of equal value depending on availability.
