Shipping Items are shipping in the continental US free of charge. Your items will be shipped within 36 hours of receipt of payment. All globes are shipped UPS ground. Return Policy We value your business and want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. We make every effort to insure that your order arrives in good condition and to your satisfaction. Should an item need to be returned the following policy pertains: - Merchandise in its original packaging or carton including any manuals or documentation, may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from receipt at customers expense.
- All items must be properly insured at the customers expense.
- Original shipping and handling will not be returned unless there was an error on the part of Superior Globe.
- Cancelled orders wil be subject to a 20% handling fee.
Damaged Goods Any damage should be brought to the attention of the carrier immediately and acknowledged by the carrier on the shipping documents. Such damage should be reported to SuperiorGlobe immediately by email. SuperiorGlobe will replace any damaged goods and assist in any claims with the carrier. |
